This will allow the user to maintain the alternative language descriptions on the MNU_TRAN2 table. The identity of the entry to be maintained is passed down from the parent form.

| Add | Create an empty occurrence ready for new input. |
| Delete | Delete the current (highlighted) occurrence. |
| OK | Update the database and return to the parent form. |
