The purpose of this form is to allow the user to add a new entry to the DICT_RELATIONSHIP table of the data dictionary database.
When the SUBMIT button is pressed to add the details to the database control will immediately be passed to Update Parent Relationship so that related column details can be entered.
This form is accessed by an option on the navigation bar in the List Parent Relationship by Table screen.
